JUDr. Irena Valíčková, MBA

Irena graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno, where she obtained the title of the master at law in the field of the Law and Legal Science. She successfully defended her diploma thesis at the Labour Law Department. After that she successfully defended her doctoral thesis at the Labour Law Department of the Masaryk University in Brno and obtained the title of the doctor at law. She is a graduate of the MBA programme – Master of Business Administration – human resources management. She is currently in a doctoral study programme (Ph.D.) at the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague.

She completed her practice as an attorney trainee in the Joint Law Office in Brno under the supervision of JUDr. Miloslav Petržela, JUDr. Ludvík Ševčík, JUDr. Vladimír Kristýn, JUDr. Kárim Titz, Mgr. Petr Kubica, JUDr. Daniel Ševčík, Ph.D., Mgr. Václav Rožec, JUDr. Ludvík Ševčík, jr., and JUDr. Martin Machač.

She gained practical experience during her student practice in the law office Havel, Holásek & Partners s.r.o., advokátní kancelář, the educational agency TSM, spol. s r.o., with which she cooperates as a lecturer to today, and also in an on-line legal advisory centre.

Irena has been a member of the Accreditation Committee of the Ministry of the Interior. She is a founder and a member of the Experts Council of the Union of Personalists and a member of the Experts Collegium of the Association for the Development of Collective Bargaining and Labour Relationships. Irena is also an author of labour law model drafts for the legal system ASPI by Wolters Kluwer, a.s. She has given lectures at trade shows in Prague (INCHEBA EXPO Prague) LINGUA SHOW and JOBS EXPO.

Given that Irena likes to transfer experience from practice, she was also dedicated to lecturing activities in the legal area for Brno University of Technology. Today she actively operates as a lecturer of labour law, GDPR and civil law, and more than ten thousand of trainees have already gone through her trainings. In her free time she is active as a member of the editorial council of the quarterly magazine AD REM designated for personalists, where she contributes on a regular basis with her professional articles from the area of labour law. She also regularly publishes on the server Epravo.cz, Idnes.cz, Penize.cz, Metro, HR News etc. Irena also provides interviews for television, most often in the labour law area.

She speaks fluent German (she has obtained Zertifikat Deutsch and Mittelstufe Deutsch) and she has a command of English at a communicational level. She knows the basics of Latin.

Within her practice, Irena focuses especially on labour, civil, business and family law.

Her hobbies are time spent with family, walks in the nature, travelling, sport, Italian cuisine, and wine tasting (especially in the picturesque wine cellars of Southern Moravia, and also with her friends in favourite Tuscany, and at the sun soaked top of Cartizze in Italy). Since childhood she has been active as an aerobic instructor, which started her lifelong love for sport. She practices advocacy as a shareholder and a managing attorney at law of the law office Valíček & Valíčková, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o.

She is a founder of the project Legal clinic under her law office, which helps people who have found themselves in an oppressive economic situation. She is also the creator of Start your successful business, which helps to beginning entrepreneurs. Irena has engaged herself in business since she was 18 years old, when she created a small e-shop, which expanded within a few months into a successfully operating and well-known e-shop. Due to her graduation from university she left the world of sales and entrepreneurship and she established her own law office with full taste and enthusiasm.

She has passed the bar exam with the evaluation excellent.

Motto: “Per aspera ad astra” (through obstacles to the stars). This motto has accompanied Irena in her whole profession. She started to practice advocacy without a sole client “from scratch”, where after the intensive work she developed a stable and well operating law office, thanks to the trust of her clients.

JUDr. Adam Valíček, MBA

Adam graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Palacký University in Olomouc, where he gained the title of the master at law in the field of the Law and Legal Science. He successfully defended his diploma thesis at the Civil Law Department. After that he successfully defended his doctoral thesis in the area of labour law at the Labour Law and Social Security Department of the Masaryk University in Brno and obtained the title of the doctor at law. He is a graduate of the MBA programme – Master of Business Administration – human resources management. He is currently studying in a doctoral study programme (Ph.D.) at the Charles University in Prague.

He completed his practice as an attorney trainee in the law office in Brno under the supervision of JUDr. Petr Poledník and further in the law office of Mgr. Tomáš Vácha under the supervision of Mgr. Pavel Bareš.

He gained his practical experience during his student practice in the law office of JUDr. Petr Poledník and further of JUDr. Petr Procházka. He was also operating within the educational agency TSM, spol. s r.o., with which he cooperates as a lecturer until today.

Adam lectures in the areas of labour law, GDPR and civil law, and more than ten thousand of trainees have already gone through his trainings. Mgr. Miroslav Papoušek

Mirek graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno, where he gained the title of the master at law in the field of the Law and Legal Science. He successfully defended his diploma thesis at the Labour Law Department. He currently intends to write a doctoral thesis at the Labour Law Department of the Masaryk University and thus gain the title of the doctor at law.

He completed the practice as an attorney trainee in the Law Office of Mgr. Eva Kocmanová in Brno.

He has gained practical experience since 2011, when he in the course of years operated in the Law Office of Mgr. Roman Keznikl and he is also experienced in execution proceedings due to his practice at the Execution Office Brno-City of the court executor Mgr. Ing. Josef Cingroš.

He speaks fluent English, and he is in a partial command of German. In the past, he also started to study basics of French and he would like to return to it in the future.

Within his practice, Mirek especially focuses on labour, civil, family and criminal law. In his practice Mirek is fulfilled especially by litigations before courts and finding of complex solutions for clients.

His hobbies include guitar playing and sport of any kind, especially racket sports (tennis and badminton), biking, and earlier he was also actively engaged in Thai boxing. Mirek is also an enthusiastic homebrewer, which means he likes to cook his own beer.

Mgr. et Mgr. Martin Gřešák

Martin graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University, where he obtained a Master of Laws degree. He also received his master's degree from the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University in Prague.

He gained his experience as an attorney trainee at Eversheds Sutherland (formerly Dvořák Hager & Partners).

He subsequently worked as an attorney-at-law at PRK Partners. In his practice, Martin focuses mainly on civil law, commercial law, including corporate law, real estate law, labor law, personal data protection and litigation.

He is fluent in English and speaks German at the communication level. His hobbies include sports and traveling.

Mgr. Marek Němeček

Marek Němeček is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Palacký University in Olomouc, where he in 2018 gained the title of the master at law in the field of the Law and Legal Science. He successfully defended a diploma thesis at the Private Law and Civil Proceedings Department. For one semester he studied at the Italian Universita degli Studi di Ferrara, where he engaged himself mainly in the studies of the European and international law.

During his studies he gained practical experience as an intern at the District Court in Kroměříž and as an intern in the law office Krejčí, Rajf & partneři, s.r.o., advokátní kancelář, in Brno.

Po absolvování právnické fakulty působil na pozici advokátního koncipienta v SCHREIBER & PARTNER, advokátní kancelář s.r.o., kdy jeho školitelem byl JUDr. Ing. Pavel Schreiber, advokát.

Within his practice, he focuses especially on civil, business, labour and criminal law. He likes the heterogeneity of working in advocacy, and therefore he does not avoid any legal area.

Marek´s biggest hobby is sport, both in the position of an active player and a fan. He engaged himself in football at the level of the Moravian-Silesian student and junior league. He is a passionate fan of Arsenal and an admirer of the football player Zlato Ibrahimovic. Marek´s other hobbies are travelling, history, getting-together with friends and Italian cuisine.

He speaks English and Italian, he also has a command of basics of German.

Mgr. Kateřina Kolářová Justová

Katka graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno, where she received a Master of Laws degree in the field of Law and Legal science. She defended her diploma thesis at the Department of Criminal Law. She gained experience as an attorney trainee in the law office of JUDr. Karel Maláska in Tišnov.

She also gained practical experience in the judiciary. She also provides an assistance to victims of crime.

Katka speaks English and would like to return to studying French.

She focuses on civil law, especially family law, real estate, construction law and criminal law. She tries to maintain a personal and sensitive approach to clients in her practice. She passed the bar exam in 2015 with honours.

Katka likes jogging, riding a bike, swimming and she would like to return to sport climbing. She is an enthusiastic breeder of wire-haired dachshunds she has an understanding of gamekeeping and likes to spend time in nature. She is a deputy mayor in a small village in the heart of Vysočina region.

Mgr. Marika Dlouhá

Marika is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno. She has always been very attracted to advocacy, which is why she started working as a paralegal in a renowned law firm during her studies, where she dealt with debt collection and real estate law. During her attorney trainee practice, she gained a lot of experience in representing clients in civil, criminal and administrative proceedings.

In 2013 she successfully passed the bar exams and since then she has been practicing advocacy. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, playing tennis and taking caravan trips with her family.

JUDr. Michaela Švecová

Michaela graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University, where she received a Master of Laws degree in Law and legal science. She defended her diploma thesis at the Department of Family Law and immediately after her studies she started working in a law firm with focus on general practice. In 2015, she successfully defended her rigorous thesis at the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc at the Department of Civil Law and received the title of Doctor of Laws.

Since 2017, she has started practicing law as an independent attorney in Brno with a focus on civil law, and especially on family and labour law. For almost 2 years she worked as a cooperating attorney in the law firm Petráš Rezek s.r.o., where she was in charge of the management of the family law department and where she gained further valuable experience from practice, especially in dealing with clients and in courts. Nowadays, she is a permanently cooperating attorney-at-law in Valiček & Valičková, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o.

The topic of family law intrigued Michaela so much that in 2021 she became a member of the UNION OF FAMILY LAWYERS.

Míša is fluent in English and she would like to learn to speak Italian fluently. In her free time, she likes reading, jogging, meditating or traveling. She is also a certified yoga and Pilates instructor.

Michaela takes pride in quality communication and professional approach to clients.

Mgr. Jozef Zoran Trško

Jozef graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University, where he received a Master of Laws degree in Law and legal science.

He then practiced as an attorney trainee in the law firm of Mgr. Petr Houžvička in Břeclav and in the law firm of Mgr. Tomáš Vácha in Brno, where he gained valuable experience in all areas of law. Nowadays, he is a permanently cooperating attorney-at-law in Valiček & Valičková, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o.

In his free time, Jozef likes playing squash, cooking or playing chess.

Mgr. Lucia Komárková

Lucia is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno, where she gained the title of the master at law in the field of the Law and Legal Science and the honours degree. She successfully defended her diploma thesis on the topic of Discrimination of Women at the Department of Legal Theory. Even during her studies, she had legal practice at the Public Defender of Rights and in the Human Rights League. It was her practice under JUDr. Zdeněk Bařina, attorney at law, that led her to advocacy.

She completed the practice as an attorney trainee under the supervision of Mgr. Marian Jeřábek, attorney at law. After she successfully passed the bar exam, she started her attorney´s practice here as a permanently cooperating attorney at law. For a few years, she exchanged the attorney´s practice for the practical study of parental skills.

After the parental leave, she continued in the practicing law as a permanently cooperating attorney at law in the Law Office Stejskalová & Blechová, s.r.o. Now she provides her legal knowledge and skills in the law office Valíček & Valíčková, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o., as a permanently cooperating attorney at law. She focuses especially on business, civil, family and labour law.

She speaks fluent English (within a year-long stay in the Great Britain she has obtained the certificate of the University of Cambridge ESOL Cerificate).

She prefers to spend her free time with family, which she considers the greatest gift of her life. During her parental leave she co-participated in running of the mother club Kaštánek in Bystrc, where she helped with preparation and organization of programme for mothers with children. Here she discovered her hobby of organization of events for children and parents. She likes to spend time in the nature, with friends under a tent or at a cottage. Her hobbies also include tourism, swimming, and cooking. Children led her to healthy diet, with which she likes to experiment. She is an owner of a motorcycle, on which she has rollicked since she was 15.

Motto: “It is better to walk alone than in a crowd that goes the wrong direction.” Lucia follows this motto for her entire life, and she goes her own way, even if it is full of obstacles and leads her another direction than everyone else. She knows that just because her opinion is different that the major one, it does not mean it is not right, because a lie repeated even a hundred times does not become the truth.

Mgr. Denis Peml

Denis graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. He defended his diploma thesis at the Department of Business Law.

He gained experience as a legal assistant in both big and small law firms during his studies. He also worked at the Office for the Protection of Economic Competition, where he was involved in the analysis of decision-making practice in the field of public procurement.

After graduation from law school, he entered the world of justice and became an assistant judge of the Supreme Court. He focused mainly on obligations, unfair competition and arbitration issues. Subsequently, he successfully passed the professional judicial examination with a rating of excellently qualified / excellent competence.

He continues to focus his practice mainly on civil and commercial law.

His hobbies include playing the guitar and sports.

He is fluent in English.

Mgr. Monika Kokešová

Monika is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno. During her studies, she has already practiced law at the Bar and the Office for the International Legal Protection of Children. As she liked the variety and diversity of work in advocacy, she joined a law firm in Brno after her studies as a law clerk. Later, she worked as a lawyer at Brněnské komunikace, a.s.

Monika speaks German and English. She completed a six-month study stay at the Universität des Saarlandes in Saarbrücken, located in Germany, close to the border with France, and thus had the opportunity to learn the basics of French.

She enjoys spending her free time with her family on outdoor trips and spending time with her children. She's also a big dog lover. With her border collie, she has tried various cynological disciplines and has won several awards - among her greatest achievements is the title of vice-champion of the Czech Republic in agility in the team category. Now she is doing dog sports just for fun.

Kateřina Servusová

Katka is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno. During her studies, she completed several internships, during which she collected valuable practical skills. For example, we could mention study internship at the Municipal Court in Brno or at the Office for International Legal Protection of Children. A great life experience was also a six-month internship at the Permanent Mission of the Czech Republic to the United Nations and other international organizations in Geneva.

Katka focuses on various branches of private law, especially the law of obligations. Katka also spent several months at the Department of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University as a research assistant and later she worked as a legal advisor in one of the consumer law organizations. Since she has long been inclined to family law, she focuses on this area in her diploma thesis, which examines substitute family care with an international element.

Katka is fluent in English, and she also studied German and French. In her free time, she likes to go out into nature or to live music performances. Sometimes, however, all she needs is a good coffee and a guitar.

 

Martin Hušek

Martin is a student of the third of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno.

In 2019, he received the C1 Advanced certification in English and until recently worked as an English teacher at a language school. In addition, he also knows the basics of the German language. In the future, he would like to focus on the area of corporate law and also international and European law.

Martin enjoys cooking, he especially likes Asian cuisine, he is an enthusiastic board game player and likes to taste Czech and foreign craft beers.

Štěpánka Frimlová

Štěpánka is a fourth-year student at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. She is most interested in subjects focused on criminal, commercial and insolvency law.

During her previous legal practice, she focused mainly on insolvency proceedings and the acts of an insolvency administrator. In the future she would like to focus on criminal and civil law.

Štěpánka enjoys traveling and culture, she loves to attend live music performances and festivals. She relaxes best when reading good books or playing board games.

Nela Smolová

Nela is a fourth-year student of the Master's degree at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University. As part of her studies, she most enjoyed civil, family, labor, and criminal law.

In the previous two years, she gained experience in a notary's office, where her job was at first closing files and writing drafts of notary records, and later also individual actions in inheritance proceedings. In 2019, she received a certificate in the English language from Cambridge University Press & Assessment, she also speaks German. In the future, she would like to study the Spanish language.

In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family, playing the piano, and in the past she was engaged in dancing, playing the guitar, and painting. Her hobby playing the piano later became an extra income, so you can also meet her as a musical accompaniment at wedding ceremonies.

Ing. Lenka Švédová

Lenka graduated from Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Business and Management, where she received the title of engineer in the field of Corporate Finance and Business. She has many years of experience in administration, economics and controlling, both in the public and private sectors.

In her free time, she enjoys sports, especially yoga, a healthy lifestyle and breeding exotic terrarium animals.

 

Mgr. Soňa Hrdličková

Soňa graduated from the Faculty of Arts of the Masaryk University in Brno. After graduating from the university, for many years she worked at the Institute of Archaeology of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic in Brno.

Her hobbies include history, travelling and reading especially a good historic novel or a non-fiction. She likes to spend her free time with her family, taking trips to nature, sightseeing and exploring zoos, which is a great passion of her children.

Mgr. Kateřina Mrňová

Kateřina graduated from the Masaryk University in Brno. She then studied in Germany at the Ludwig-Maxmilians-Universität in Munich and at the University of Hamburg. In the Czech Republic, she subsequently acted mainly as an interpereter, which nicely combined work with her passion for traveling. After maternity leave, she fully concentrated on working in administration in the private sector as an office manager.

On weekdays, after working in the office, she likes to play tennis or practice yoga. When she has more free time, she prefers to spend it actively in nature: she likes hiking, swimming, cycling or cross-country skiing. However, she also enjoys good rest with a fine book and quality coffee or wine.

Katarína Konečná

Katarina is an assistant at our law firm. After studying high school and post-secondary studies in English, she worked for several years as an assistant at the Brno branch of the TSM spol. s r.o. educational agency and in recent years has devoted herself fully to her two sons.

Family comes first for her and she loves to spend her free time with them. Her greatest relaxation is nature, any creative manual activity, contact with animals and sports (e.g. yoga, pilates, in-line), but especially cycling or hiking, ideally somewhere under a tent and away from civilization.

Mgr. Michaela Mariánková

Michaela is a graduate of Marketing Communication at the Faculty of Multimedia Communications of Tomas Bata University in Zlín. She has an artistic soul so she applies her creativity in her professional life through marketing.

The perfect way of spending her free time is to discover new places, photograph everything and everyone around, try new fun activities, enjoy delicious food and long wine talks with friends. She loves the city, but on the weekend she prefers to go somewhere in nature to clear her head. Out of the office, you´ll probably meet her at a cozy café or at a martial arts practice.

Mgr. Kateřina Luxová

Katerina is a final year student of Management in Culture at the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University in Brno. She has the hot blood of a creative person running through her body and has been close to visual arts, writing, and photography since she was a child. Over time, these hobbies became a source of income, and now she is devoting herself to these hobbies to the fullest - in online marketing, where she creates content for various social networks.

In her free time, Katty's favorite things are going on adventures in the countryside or on weekend euro trips, trying new sports (which often get her crippled), or just lounging in the hammock with a great book. She never turns down a delicious meal or a fun board game in the company of her friends.

Ing. Irena Spirová, LL.M., MBA

Irena operates as a manager of education, and she ensures the education of employees of the law office, but also creation of educational projects for external entities.

Dagmar Kokešová Bettincová

Dagmar works as an assistant of our law office and she handles the administrative operation of our office.

Marina takes care of cleaning and beautifying our offices so that we all feel at home here.

Simona Nováková

Simona is a reinforcement of our team. Helps lawyers prepare basic documents.

Mgr. Michal Knecht

A lecturer, advisor, and consultant in the area of construction law and real estate. He pays attention to this area of course also during his lectures. 

After graduating from the faculty of law he worked at the section of property of the Regional Office of the South-Moravian Region. In 2006 he started to work as the chief of the zoning procedure and the building code section of the Municipal Office Tišnov. He gives lectures on regular basis and has cooperated in the area of construction law with many private entities, territorially self-governing units and administrative bodies. He also cooperates with law offices. His lecturing programmes are accredited by the Ministry of the Interior. He also engages in publishing activity and he is a member of the Czech Construction Law Society.

Josef Marčík

Josef handles the graphics and marketing in our law office.
